Unfortunately, it is only available on iOS providing a free and paid version. If you use an Android phone, then you can use Stamp, which also comes with a free version. Well, the free version only allows you to convert 10 songs from a playlist.

If thats not a problem for you, you can download it free from Google Play to get started. When connecting Apple Music, it will redirect you to a web browser to authenticate. The next time when you want to transfer music from Apple Music, you have to do it all over again.

Excellent App Would Just Like It To Be More Autonomous

Very good app and the update is refreshing. I do wish it was a bit more autonomous, for example – not needing to review matches on every shift, I have around 10 playlist Im shifting and having to review every playlist is repetitive. I wish there was an option to automate the reviewing stage to ignore fails and processes the matches, there could be an audit of previous fails for future review- Apple Music sometimes disconnects but the only warning is unmatched songs rather than a warning saying the service has been disconnected. I assume this is an issue with Apple Music rather than the app but a warning would be helpful.I still believe this is the best app to shift your music library and playlist and would recommend.

Spotifys just launched in India, and Im excited to try it out. However, Ive been an Apple Music subscriber for over three years, and my colleague Abhimanyus been using Google Play Music for ages as well.

Naturally, we have tons of albums, songs, and playlists saved to our libraries, and we want to carry over our meticulous curation over to Spotify. I imagine you might want to do it too.

With that in mind, Ive tested a bunch of apps that help you migrate your preferences and curated playlists from one streaming music service to another.

First, head to the Tune My Music site on your desktop.
Then, select the source music service .

If youve selected Apple Music, youll be asked to log in with your Apple ID.
Once you do that, the site will fetch your library, and you can select songs, artists, playlists, or albums to merge.
Hit the Merge button to start the sync. The site will helpfully list songs that it couldnt find in the destination service.

For Google Play Music, the site will ask you to add a bookmarklet to your bookmarks bar, and head to the playlist that you want to convert on Google Play Music, and click on the bookmarklet.
