How To Make A Playlist
Going on a car journey or wanting to create a playlist for the gym? Its easy to make a playlist of your favourite tracks so that you can control what song plays next. There are a couple of ways to do this.
One way to start is from the Library tab. Tap on Playlists.
Here you can either add songs from a playlist you have already created, or create a new playlist. Tap New Playlist to do the latter.
On the New Playlist screen you can add a Playlist Name, description and a image . And, obviously you can add music.
To add music, tap where it says + Add Music. This will bring up your usual Library view, so you can find the tracks to add by looking under Artist, Genres, and Recently Added, for example. You can also search for tracks.
If you find. Song you want to add to the playlist tap on the track and the + will turn into a tick.
Tap on Done to return to your new playlist.
If there are tracks here that you have decided you dont want in your playlist, tap on the red – and youll see the option to delete.
If you are playing a track and you think youd like to put it in a playlist, you can do so by opening the now playing card, tapping the three dots, and tapping Add to Playlist.
You will be able to add the track to a new playlist, or to any of the playlists you have created.

Bluetooth allows for short-range communication between electronic devices such as your iPhone and computer. The overall Bluetooth specification includes profiles that allow for different features to be used, and iPhones after the first generation have the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile — or A2DP — which allows them to stream stereo audio to compatible Bluetooth devices. Most computers with Bluetooth adapters support the A2DP profile, but you may need to update your Bluetooth drivers to enable the support. If your computer was made after 2009, the driver should be installed already.
Make sure that your iPhone is turned on, and then press “Windows-C” on your Windows 8 computer to open the Charms bar, click “Settings,” select “Change PC Settings,” click “Wireless,” and then, under Wireless Devices, turn Bluetooth on. On a Windows 8.1 computer, press “Windows-C” to open the Charms bar, click “Settings,” choose “PC Settings,” go to the “PC and Devices” section, and then select “Activate Bluetooth.”

How To Play Music On The Iphone
Now that you have some music on your iPhone we can get onto how to play some tunes, and how to organise your library to make finding the music to match your mood easier.
Find the track you want to play, you could find something in Recently Added, or if you fancy listening to music from a particular genre tap on that option.
How you play the track depends on how you access it. If you are looking at a view with large album cover images click on the cover image.
This will take you to a album view that could show other tracks from the same album . Once in this view, click on the title of the track you want to play to start playing it.
Alternatively, click on the Songs tab to see all your individual songs listed, tap on one of these and the track will immediately start to play.
Now that a song is playing, youll see a flickering sound representation beside the track .
If you want to see more information and have greater control over what you are hearing, tap on the bit at the bottom of the screen where you can see the cover picture, the name of the track and a pause and fast forward icon.
This will bring up a card for the track playing. Here you will see a slider so you can quickly skip to a different part of the track, another slider to control the volume, forward, pause and reverse.

The technique will help you install Microsofts own software, instead of having to rely on third party tools. The latest update of Windows 10 is required for this method to work. In mid-2020 Windows released an update that makes it easier for phones to be paired with laptops, for streaming music via the Chrome browser, YouTube or your smartphones default music player.
To check if your laptop is on the latest version go to Settings, click on Update and Security, select Windows Update, and press on Check for updates. The reason that the latest updates support music streaming from phones is due of the Bluetooth A2DP Sink.
