Exceeded Our Expectations Aaa+++
Having had so many disappointing experiences with hotels in the past, from the moment we walked into the Best Western Music Capital Inn, we were relieved to notice the cleanliness and overall pleasant presentation. The staff was very helpful, since we had reserved two rooms for two nights via Expedia, with the 2nd night being added on a later date, the rooms wound up being separated, so we’d have to move our belongings to a different room for night #2. The staff went out of their way to fix the issue and keep us in the same rooms for both nights. The rooms were clean, updated and very-well kept. The indoor pool area was also nice for our kids to enjoy on a rainy night. And the breakfast both mornings was surprisingly good. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great value! Would highly recommend.
Great Hotel Housekeeping Issue
I’ve stayed here several times now. The hotel is clean, the rates are decent and the location is good. Last month and this month, I did have a problem with the housekeeping. At 9 a.m., they left a basket and note saying since we had the Do Not Disturb sign up that we missed cleaning. I opened the door and said that I still wanted my room cleaned. We went down to breakfast with our signs still up, since were were not ready to leave for the day yet. 20 minutes later, we go up and she’s in the room cleaning. I was a bit annoyed, since we weren’t done in the room and my stuff was laying out still. I did talk to the front desk and they said that this wasn’t supposed to happen. That they are supposed to clean all day. They are also never supposed to go into rooms when the Do Not Disturb sign is up. Hopefully we will not have any trouble if we come back. Again, this is the only downside of our last 2 trips. Altogether, it’s a nice hotel.

From the moment we walk through the door. We were impressed from the decor everywhere we nods to music from the drum kit hanging from the ceiling to the pictures on the wall and the numbers on the doors. We were greeted with a sincere welcome from Brenda the front desk clerk. Check in was a breeze

Great Place Great People
We never consider staying anywhere else in Branson. The people are so helpful, congenial and accommodating. It is like going home to see family since we normally stay there three times a year. We enjoy knowing the people we are dealing with. They are very helpful in helping us find different events.

Where To Stay On Your Next Trip
Every year our church group comes to Branson for a couple of nights to fellowship and have a wonderful time. Staying at Best Western Music Capital Inn made it all the more wonderful. The staff were great and very accommodating. Breakfast is great too….Everyone had a great stay. Will come back again..

Nights Stay Was Overall Good
When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working so that was not fun to lug our suitcases up a flight of stairs but it was fixed the next day. Internet connection is very poor. But the staff is friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Pool Is Heated And Open Late Lobby So Welcoming
Just got back. Went to watch a Christmas show in Branson. Got back late but my kiddos still were able to swim since the pool was open until midnight. It’s salt water and heated. Boys were enjoyed that it wasn’t freezing! Next morning Mr. and Mrs. Claus was in the lobby at breakfast visiting with the kids. One of the staff sang a song. It felt so warm and welcoming. And the room was set up with an extra sink and mirrors making it easier for everyone to get ready.

Nice But Nothing Fancy
Quick overnight stay in Branson. Hotel lobby was very nice & staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean but a bit outdated. Beds could be more comfortable. Thought the rate was a bit high but it was the weekend. Would stay there again although it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Didn’t Get What I Paid For
Staff was very friendly and nice very helpful but we were very unhappy that we did not get the room that I ordered and no one did anything about it the maids did not clean our room and I ended up having to clean my room myself not the kind of vacation I wanted not sure if I would stay or recommend this place

Excellent Place To Stay
We came here to meet up with my sister and her family from Minnesota. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The gift shop they have is awesome. The breakfast was very good and all the people that work here very pleasant, helpful and so courteous. The room was clean and nice. We all enjoyed our stay there.

Will Definitely Stay Here Again
This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. Front desk and other hotel personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and they kept everything full and clean. Lady in the gift shop was very helpful on directions and tickets for shows. She even told us back ways to get to places.

One Awesome Place To Stay
We just spent four nights at the Music Capital Best Western in Branson, Missouri. I have to tell you it was a good visit! Our bed was comfortable with clean crisp sheets! The room was clean and you weren’t afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet, I have been in those places. The staff were helpful and friendly, the bathroom comes with not just soap and shampoo but they have these samples of salt scrub and special soaps. I always look the bathroom over for cleanliness and this one passed with flying colors! They offer a full breakfast for free, eggs, gravey, bagels, waffles, and more! They even have a salt water pool to enjoy!Well I would like to keep this place to myself but I guess I will share the news, it’s a return place!

Had Everything I Was Looking For
This hotel had everything I was looking for. It had a adequate size indoor pool that I used to get some exercise laps . Breakfast with “Make your own Waffles” . Location was off the 76 strip, but within easy access to shows and activities on 76 strip. Very quite area. The hotel is not prefect but did have everything I was looking for. For example I had refrigerator problems where I had to play with the dial to get right temperature I finally figured out that if I turned the dial all the way toward the MAX and heard / felt a click, that was turning it off. Then I turned the dial back to about half way. This was a good temperature for the refrigerator. The sheets look like they were old, but they were clean. Towels were great. Pillows were fluffy, but I like flat. No problem though, because I always bring my own pillow. Staff were always friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel I stayed at the day before had “not so friendly” staff. It makes a big difference.

Good Hotel For The Price
The hotel was clean and the exterior and interior area looked nice. The only issues I had was hotel was understaffed and they put chemicals in the pool while people were swimming. He said it was safe for us to swim. Just a few minutes after dumping multiple chemical into pool and jacuzzi an inspector came in to test the pool. This should have done when the pool was closed. Other that that the stay was enjoyable and I would stay here again.

Good Place To Stay In Branson
We like this hotel for a variety of reasons. First, it’s typical Best Western: Not ritzy, but a very good hotel for a reasonable price. It’s well located on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, close to everything but not right in the middle of the busiest section. It’s well-managed, and the employees are friendly and helpful. It’s a good hotel for the price.

Clean Rooms Good Breakfast Excellent Customer Service
Came in with a College Volleyball Team had several rooms. All rooms were clean, with comfortable beds but the service and breakfast were outstanding. This hotel goes out of its way to make you feel at home. Little touches such as the sugar scrub and the hotel’s staff asking about our tournament make this place special! Would highly recommend.
Nice Hotel And Good Staff
It’s been a few years since I stayed at this hotel. Our room had a slightly musty smell to it, but I had some freshening spray with me which seemed to take care of it. The beds are comfortable, towels are plush and you have very hot water with good pressure in the shower. The breakfast in the morning is pretty good with a nice variety . It’s easy to get in and out of this hotel since it is on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway instead of on highway 76.

Great Staff Great Location Very Uncomfortable Room
I will say that the property itself is clean, beautiful and well taken care of. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Loved that they even wished my husband a happy birthday. We enjoyed the hot tub but the heated pool was just a tad chilly for my son. The reason why I am leaving a 3 star is because of the room. The bed was so uncomfortable and where we were located in the building allowed us to hear everyone coming and going so badly that neither my husband or I slept well. My son was also super restless to the point where at 245 in the morning my husband and i decided we needed to change hotels. The staff was helpful in trying to find us a different room in the hotel but due to the rooms being full, could not moved our room. We ended up going to a different hotel, with much more comfortable beds and quieter rooms Around 4am in the morning. I would say that I give the staff and the location a 4.5. The rooms I give a 1 for comfort.
